First time I ordered from your website and totally faced pathetic service my parcel dispatched after 8 days from order date. 8 days continuously taking one side follow ups but always no response. 8 days without any gap daily reminded on your WhatsApp number that my order still not processed and despite so many reminders even not received a single call from your side and also not responded back on WhatsApp as well.

Now after the bitter experience never recommended anyone to buy from you on website / WhatsApp

There is high level of red-tapism, very unresponsive behavior of staff .

You sent me the wrong perfume
and didn't even refund my 250 rupees.
Pathetic service.

Box was bit distorted and doesn't have covered with a plastic wrapper . As per my knowledge every box came with a wrapper which only buyers can unwrapped. Anybody can easily access to the bottle and the bottle I got have marks and fingerprints. Maybe the juice is okay but presentation does matter because we spending much more price than usual rate of the perfume. Hope this will fix on upcoming orders.
