I’m giving 2 stars just because you guys literally want your customers to beg for the tracking number and after repeatedly asking for the same you just lied and said it’s already shipped. Shame on you guys but atlast I would say yes the product is genuine. No doubt 100% genuine product I received but the overall experience is really pathetic.
