Poor customer service

The customer service here is pathetic, if you enquire about your delayed order they will start misbehaving with you and respond rudely, they will not give you any update onyour order till you call them multiple times and at the end after waiting for 3 weeks they informed me that the article I have ordered is out of stock, I hadto raise consumer complain twice before getting any response from here, better go for soukessence for branded perfume and fragstalk for middle East perfumes. They are far better at service and products and with less price. Will never buy from these people again and suggest other to do the same.
