Perfume is Good and genuine but the service is very pathetic, I've placed the order for 31st Jan 2025 they have dispatched my parcel on 12 February and i received it on 14 February 2025. Everything is Good but if perfume non Available or any arrangements they make then transparency is lacking which make Customer qualstionable to order it again. If Mom perfumes want to sustain in market had to improve their delivery courier.

My suggestion to them is tie up with Shiprocket or Maruti Courier in Remote areas you can tie up with Delhivery Courier Partner. Also if have any contacts then try selling via speed post.
