You’ll are utterly shameless, its been over 10 days nor have i recieved my product nor has any information been given about its delay in delivery !!! What sort of a store are you running here by making customers fools & only taking money but not delivering there products in time !!! You’ll dont respond to calls or texts or whatsapp msges even, highly highly unprofessional service & by far the worst perfume seller ive ever dealt with in my life !!!

It has been over 1 week nor have i recieved tracking of my product nor have i recived the product itself, pls process & deliver my product ASAP !!!

I ordered the Prada Luna Rossa Ocean alternative perfume called Pride from Fragrance World. I received an authentic product of good quality. Their customer service was responsive—they addressed all queries and calls. However, I think they should improve their parcel tracking service.
