The least I could give is 1 star, else it deserves minus 10. No one is bothered about replying on email or whatsapp number. The customer experience is so pathetic that at one point I lost hope to receive the perfume. In today's world of e-commerce receiving a parcel from Delhi to Punjab in more than 25 days is horrible. No matter if your prices may be max 200-300 rupees cheaper than market but this inferior customer experience and the uncertainty- whether you will receive your order, is a BIG NO to buy anything from MOM perfumes.
