The owner promised that the shipments will be delivered in 2 days while it took exactly 10 days. He took 3 days to ship the product itself. Inhad also offered him that I will pay for express delivery as part of my order was for birthday gift. Despite all this, he had the adosity to argue with me and was never apologetic. This is my second transaction. I had similar experience even on first time but thought i should give him a second chance thinking he may have messed it up on the first chance. But this guy proved me wrong and my experience was worst than first time. He said I'm not his only customer. I think this guy is getting enough business and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. And likewise, he is not the only seller in india 🙂
