Delivery time

Delivery was quite slow. No exact date was promised, being in the same city still took much longer than expected with no clear updates.
Tried to reach out on multiple times on WhatsApp still didn't get any update not a single reply, after few days got a message with a picture of tracking.
Not a great experince.
There are many sellers who give same rates and better delivery experience.
