The perfume was really good, just as Mom's Perfume had promised, and the longevity is excellent too. The worst part, however, which is simply unacceptable, was the delivery. It took far too long, and to make matters worse, they never responded to my calls or messages. If there is a delay, they should at least keep the customer informed, answer their calls, and avoid making false promises
If they fix this issue or strictly instruct their staff, it would make a huge difference. Otherwise, there are many other sellers nearby that customers can choose instead, and it could hurt Ankur Bhai's reputation in the market. Almost every customer seems to have the same complaint about delivery delays.
Ankur Bhai, please strictly instruct your staff to answer customers' calls, communicate honestly, and treat customers with respect and professionalism.
